What is your 'why'? WHY must you choose safety? What are the consequences of failing to act in the face of a direct, Level 10 threat? We start with a foundation of awareness, critical distance, fear & stress familiarity, choice speech & de-escalation techniques, functional movement, combatives, & improvisation, we then facilitate a pallete of options for you to call upon if you ever have to immediately move yourself, a loved one, or even a stranger to safety from immanent threat of violence.

Most of the techniques covered may require safe, physical partner play to fully embrace the understanding & build the neural patterns necessary to make their applications readily available to you. Working directly with Coach Waters, Coach & a partner, or Coach & a group are the different live training options available. We will ALWAYS conduct 'threshold' check-ins prior to & throughout training to ensure that the force, pressure, speed, & intensity are challenging yet comfortably uncomfortable.

Equipment required: notebook, Training IFAK from Tier II, clothing that may be cut (off with shears) or stained, comfortable shoes, water, snacks, modest undergarments for the consideration of chest seal applications to the skin.
